Psychotherapy, Counselling & EMDR

I am here to support you to overcome difficulties and discover your strengths, towards a more fulfilling life.

Through processing challenging experiences, you gain a profound understanding of what has happened, allowing you to rediscover your true self. You are not defined solely by your experiences; they are part of your life story. Therapy serves as a means to reconnect deeply with your authentic self.

Within our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space that is both personal and human. Together, we explore all aspects of your experiences, delving into the processing of challenging areas in your life while reconnecting with your internal resources and abilities.

As an experienced therapist specialising in trauma, I use professional tools and strategies to support you in overcoming challenges and unlocking your potential, enabling you to lead a satisfying and fulfilling life.

Specialising in sexual and domestic violence, I bring expertise in a diverse range of approaches aimed at reducing shock and associated symptoms from such events. Drawing upon my combination of experience, knowledge, and understanding, I offer professional and empathic guidance throughout this process. I am dedicated to maintaining an anti-racist practice, consistently seeking to educate myself and recognise the intersections of people's lives and understanding how these factors influence an individual's place in the world. While acknowledging commonalities in human experiences, I deeply value and respect the uniqueness of your understanding.
